Hi I am Abha; I became Sadguru's disciple in 1980. I started doing meditation when I realized it is most important to do it everyday twice for ten minutes, it's not a big ask, anyone can spare that amount of time to benefit from meditation.

If you are not serious about anything you want to do you will achieve nothing. Am I right? That's the fact of nature, that's the fact of life as well.

If you are serious and you work hard towards that target, you definitely achieve it right?

So, now I should tell you things I have achieved by doing meditation.

"I have achieved full confidence in myself, which is not very easy to do by yourself."

  • You get strength from inside to know yourself.
  • Then you get inner ways, ideas to improve yourself from inside.
  • This becomes possible only by doing "Vihangam Yoga" meditation. It is a high level of meditation and you get extra strength, inner power from Sadguru while doing the meditation.
  • Also he is teaching your soul, how to control your human power during your 10 minutes of meditation time.
  • How to absorb spiritual power from the nature and how to preserve it inside yourself.
  • The technique to do so is only through the "vihangam yoga". You gain spiritual knowledge and physical benefit from it.
  • Students gain thinking power and alertness in their study, they listen to their parents
  • Improves your health problem, improves blood pressure, in other words you become healthier without medication.
  • You feel more energetic and you become more happy person, you are stress free. But all these things happens if you are consistent in meditation and have faith in Sadguru.
  • Sadguru is a spiritual teacher who removes all darkness from your life, heart, mind and soul and brings light to all. He teaches you internally, how to live happy life and at the same time how to achieve your goals. spiritual knowledge and how to achieve god, all by just following the "vihangam yoga" meditation techniques.
  • You will see yourself how he is helping in meditation, how you can achieve things which were not possible before but now you have achieved it with the meditation and by the grace of Sadguru. You get the feeling that you are not alone; you have some one very special and powerful to support you and your family. You feel much more protected.
  • Even if one person is doing meditation in a family, the affects are on the whole family members. They all are protected. You can feel it, even see it inside how he is protecting your each family members when required. No bad soul (spirit) can touch you or enter inside your home.
  • Your impossible thing becomes possible for you, if you deserve it you will get it. All these things have happened with me and my family. All my anxieties went away. He minimizes the effects of big problems which become manageable, like life threatening problems.

I have achieved lots of things in my life practically and spiritually. I am a very simple women with not very high qualification but got chance to work in Australia in textile industry, got chance to do business, which was not easy to do it. By the grace of guru ji it became possible to migrate to Australia and my children got chance to do higher studies. I am very happy about it.

I am blessed by sadguru and was made Updeshtha by him to give guru mantra to interested people.. I got chance to do prachaar for "Vihangam Yoga" in Australia I am so happy you cannot imagine. I feel I am really very - very lucky to have this opportunity.

Vihangam Yoga meditation was a simple practice that took very little time commitment each day. I had divine experiences very soon after starting the practice.
